Beetroot balsamic dressing

Hi Patti, of course, I used

½ cup of dates, (softened for 10 minutes in warm water before hand)

¾ cups of warm water

½ cup balsamic vinegar

2 beetroots

Blend for 1 minute

Then I transferred the mixture into a saucepan to bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low, it thickened and the liquid reduced
