Ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour.
  • ½ cup cocoa powder.
  • 1 tsp baking soda.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tbsp water.
  • 2 tsp vanilla.
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk.
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips.
  • 1 cup maple syrup
Steps
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Stir until combined
  4. Pour into 12 muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
