  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1¼ tsp.kosher salt
  • 2 cupscherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 15 oz.chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cupfeta cheese (diced)
  • ½ red onion (halved and thinly sliced)
  • 6 Tbsp.olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp.lemon juice
  • 2 tsp.ground sumac
  • 2 Tbsp.fresh mint (torn)
  • salt (to taste)
