Baobab Boost Eggs (Fp with S Options)
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup egg white (s) (carton or fresh; or use 2 to 3 whole eggs or a combination of 1 egg and some egg whites for an S Meal)
  • 1 Tbsp THM Baobab Boost Powder
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 pinches mineral salt (to taste)
  • onion (s) (chopped; desired amount, optional)
  • tomato (s) (chopped; desired amount, optional)
  • bell pepper (s) (chopped; desired amount, optional)
  • 3 shakes hot sauce (a few shakes)
  • 3 sprinkles Parmesan cheese (a few sprinkles)
  • 3 sprinkles cayenne pepper ( a few sprinkles; optional)
  • coconut oil cooking spray
  • Pecorino Romano cheese (or shredded gouda cheese as a topping; for an S Meal)
  • extra virgin coconut oil (or THM MCT Oil for drizzling on top for an S Meal optional; or 1 tsp for an E Meal)
