1 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract OR 1 teaspoon vanilla extract + 1 teaspoon rum extract

2 large ripe bananas, mashed

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 cups all-purpose flour*

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Icing

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar

¼ cup whole milk

1 to 2 teaspoons rum, to strength desired

1 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar

note: Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
