Roasted Chickpeas Masala

  1. 1.Wash 250 gms & soak chickpeas overnight
  2. 2. Drain water & let it dry on kitchen towels for an 1 to 1.5 hrs
  3. 3. Preheat Oven to 325' F
  4. 4.Line a parchment paper in Baking tray
  5. 5. In a bowl mix chick pea, 1.5 tsb spoon olive oil, salt & red chili or paprika powder of 1.5 tsp or based on taste
  6. 6. Transfer to tray in a single layer, bake for 15 mins, remove & mix it and bake again for 20 mins or until they look crispy/ golden brown
  7. Note:  Add spices like pepper & salt , once it cools down it will get crispy
