**Mushroom & Brie Stuffed Crabs** (Recipe Is from Slidell, La)
Ingredients
  • 16 oz lump crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp crab boil
  • 9 oz of Brie Cheese, you can go harder if you want
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ chopped clove garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 empty crab shells or aluminum crab shells
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 chopped celery
  • chopped green onion
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ chopped garlic clove

  • I dedicated this recipe to my Sister In Law for her Keto ambitions. I love taking traditional recipes from the Boot turning them into healthy versions. I tried my version of stuffed crabs that I grew up with in Slidell without the keto stuffing (if that makes sense). I guess it’s Keto Book Certified! Enough of my cheesy humor! Here you go!
