  • 1 cup Botan Calrose or medium grain white rice, uncooked

  • 2 medium carrots, finely diced

  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced (about 6)

  • 1 pound of protein (thinly sliced chicken breasts or Jumbo shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil (or any neutral oil)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons soy sauce
