  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Cream cheese icing
  • 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ¼ cup (142g) confectioners' sugar, sifted if lumpy
