- ¾ cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 10 Tbsp unsalted butter , softened
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows *
- subheading: Chocolate Ganache:
- ⅔ cup milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips , which ever you prefer (I use milk choc.)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
