- Put a few cups of water in the bottom and turn it on to high sauté; once the water is simmering turn it down to normal sauté and set a bowl on top. Add chocolate to melt. No issues lifting it off at all! Just be sure to wear oven mitts while you remove the bowl to avoid the steam
