This Is How You Make Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buns (we did not use vegan buns, but you can!)
