  • ½ teaspoon miso (we used Miso Master Organic Mellow White, Premium Lite Miso, Certified Gluten Free)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of sea salt ( /- to taste) *
  • Dash of pepper ( /- to taste) *
  • 1 heaping teaspoon  freeze dried shallots (optional)
