Garlic and Herb Sautéed Bell Pepper Strips
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large red bell peppers, cut into ½-inch strips
  • 2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into ½-inch strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 loaf Italian bread , sliced and toasted, optional
