Wild Coho Salmon with Homemade Teriyaki Glaze
Ingredients
  • 4 x 4-6oz coho salmon potions from your local Fisherman’s Market
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • subheading: For the teriyaki sauce:
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
