  • 2 TABLESPOONS SALTED BUTTER, ROOM TEMPERATURE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS RED OR WHITE MISO
  • 1½ CUPS JAPANESE-STYLE SHORT-GRAIN WHITE RICE, RINSED WELL AND DRAINED
