  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 28oz can whole tomatoes
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 8 cups water, or light vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
