Ingredients
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • ½ c raw cashews, soaked in hot water 30 min
  • ⅓ c nooch
  • ½ c walnuts
  • 2 tsp miso
  • 3 c packed basil
  • 1 tsp Dr. Greger's special spice blend
Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine garlic, cashew, nooch, and walnuts into a paste. Add the miso paste, basil, spice blend, ¼ c water.
Notes
  • Keeps up to 1 month in freezer
