  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cilantro Avocado Lime Dressing
  • ¼ cup lime juice (from about 2 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 avocado, pitted
  • ¼ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 small-medium jalapeño, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
