  • 15 Ounce Can Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 Ounce Can Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, diced
  • 1 ½ Cups Cabbage, shredded
  • ½ Cup Uncooked whole wheat elbows
