Ingredients
  • 6 cups fresh cranberries skins slightly crushed
  • 1" knob ginger minced
  • 2 tsp ground pumpkin spice (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain kombucha
  • 2 cups raw honey or enough to completely cover the cranberries
