  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 25g ground flaxseed
  • subheading: For the icing:
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • The grated zest of 1 lemon and orange
