Keto Hennesy & Bacon Shrimp & Grits

  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • ½ cup of Hennessy Black
  • ½ cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Herbs de Provence (or Italian seasoning)
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground fennel seed
  • Chopped parsley, to garnish
