Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • • 2 chicken breast
  • • Squeeze of 1 lime
  • • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • • 1 tsp paprika, garlic, and onion powder
  • • 1 tsp olive oil
  • • 2 tbsp buffalo / hot sauce (I used frank’s red hot)

  • subheading: Homemade Ranch Sauce:
  • • 3 tbsp light mayo (or ¼ cup greek yogurt and ¼ tsp salt)
  • • ¼ tsp onion powder, garlic powder and dill
  • • Splash of water or vinegar (for desired consistency)

  • • 2 large tortillas (approx. 60g)
  • • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • • 1 tomato, sliced
  • • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • • For a traditional taste, you can add some crumbles blue cheese. However, be mindful of extra calories!
  • • You can also use light cream cheese as a substitute. I like to mix it in with the hot sauce and chicken for a creamier finish.
  • • These can be made in a large batch and stored in the fridge for up to 5 days
