Easy lemon pie
Ingredients
  • 2 14oz cans condensed milk
  •  
  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
  •  
  • Zest of one lemon (optional)
  •  
  • 2 eggs
  •  
  • Refrigerated pie crust
Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, add in condensed milk and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add in both eggs and lemon zest.
  4. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until set.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
