  • 1 cup buffalo sauce *see notes
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream *see notes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese *see notes, use more as needed
  • 4 Tbsp green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 4 to 5 cup rigatoni or ziti
