  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)
