Chicken / Steak & Vegetable Hibachi

  • 2 Tablespoons of Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 8 Tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter or Garlic Butter
  • 1 Dash Iodized Salt
  • 1 Dash Ground Pepper
  • 1 Dash Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup of Grated Carrot
  • ½ Cup of Peas
  • 2 to 3 Scrambled Eggs
  • ½ Cup of Diced Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cups of Uncooked Parboiled Rice
  • 2 ½ Cups of Cups Water
