Char Siu Bao (Steamed Bbq Pork Buns)
Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 2 medium carrots (diced)
  • 1 lb char siu (diced) (450g)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup water (60ml)
  • 1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
