Spinach and Artichoke Wreath(Pampered Chef Copycat)

  • 1 (14 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded feta cheese or ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
