  • ½ cup soy milk (or another non-dairy milk substitute)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups oatmeal (quick-cooking or rolled)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
