PressureLuck Baby Back Ribs
Awesome!!!!  Really easy to make!!!

Servings: 6 to 8

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
  • 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 64 ounce bottle Apple Juice
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Liquid Smoke
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (any flavor you like, I like Honey BBQ)
Steps
  1. Remove the silver skin on the back of the ribs by making a slit in the skin and pulling it off with the help of a paper towel to get a better grip.  This is an important step.
  2. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot liner and place the Ribs on their sides standing up; Coil fashion.
  3. Pour the Apple juice, the Apple Cider Vinegar and the Liquid Smoke into the pot.  No need to stir.
  4. Put lid on pot and set on high pressure for 30 minutes (for 2 racks of ribs).
  5. While pot is pressurizing, heat your oven to 400°.  Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  6. When time is finished, Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.  Carefully take ribs out of the pot with two sets of tongs or another method....ribs are very tender and may fall off the bone into liquid.  Place ribs on prepared cookie sheet.  Cover the ribs generously with BBQ sauce of your choice and bake in pre-heated 400° Oven for 10 minutes.  Ribs are ready to serve!!!  Enjoy!!!!
Notes
  • If you only want to cook one rack, cook for 25 minutes, then Natural release in 5 minutes.  Bake for same amount of time.
