Peanut Butter Rocky Road Fudge
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups/small bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups/small bag of reeses peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups nuts/pretzels
  • 2 TBSP butter (divided)
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 2 tsp vanilla (divided)
Steps
  1. 1. In two separate glass bowls, melt 1 bag of chips, butter, and vanilla in 30 second increments until melted.
  2. 2. Line an 8x8 or a 9x9 pan with parchment/wax paper with extras on the side so you can lift out the fudge. Spray the paper with non-stick spray.
  3. 3. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with each bowl.
  4. 4. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the melted peanut butter mixture. Add the nuts, ½ of the marshmallows, then swirl. Add the rest of the marshmallows and cut into 64 pieces. (8x8 cuts)
