My daughter made it up, its healthy and she likes it
Ingredients
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 5 Chopped of big chunk potatoes
  • 1 Cup of Spinach (frozen or fresh)
  • White rice
  • 1 Tablespoon of oil
  • Seasonings (onion & garlic powder, season all, salt/pepper, etc)
  •  
Steps
  1. 1.Chop up potatoes
  2. 2. Fry potatoes in oil till soft
  3. 3. Add cup of spinach and mix all together
  4. 4. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
  5. 5. Simmer for 5 to 10 min
  6. 6. Serve with white rice
