  • 5 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger OR 1 teaspoon of dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • For serving: sesame seeds spicy mayo, rice & steamed broccoli
