french toast using 90 second bread

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 TBSP butter
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1 TBSP sugar free pancake syrup
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of salt
Steps
  1. in a microwave safe dish melt the butter.  add 1 egg, baking powder and coconut flour.  microwave on high for 90 seconds.  in a seperate bowl whip other egg with cinnamon, dash of salt and syrup.  dip 90 second bread into egg mixture.  cook in a buttered skillet until egg is fully cooked.
Notes
  • top with whipped cream or butter and sugar free syrup
