  • Monika Gurcinaite For those who want the recipe. For the dough: 1 kilogram flour, 1 egg, 400 miligrams of warm not HOT water, 1.5 tablespoons of oil. Once all combined and dough is done, let it rest in the refrigerator for couple of hours. Filling of dumplings can be d one various ways. I put minced pork, minced chicken, salt, pepper and little bit of vegeta( name of the spice blend you can get at any shoprite or wegmans). I also made a batch with minced chicken, chopped onion, little bit of garlic, salt and pepper. You must place done dumplings on parchment paper and put it in the freezer. After 20mins you can put them into zip log bags. 1 adult portion is about 10 dumplings. In a medium sized pot boil the water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add dumplings, stir. Once dumplings come up to the surface, boil for 3 to 5mins and you are done hope this helped.... I’m not an expert at this yet, trying my best .
