  • 500mls/16.90floz of plant-based milk
  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of nut butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread (or gluten-free bread for GF option)
