Ingredients
  • note: ½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley - Note: Curly parsley does not work for this recipe
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Hot peppers (fresh) - more or less to taste
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano - or 2 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
