Old Bay Oven Roasted Salmon

Servings: 4

Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds salmon fillets, (use 4 fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, (you can also use extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Generously grease a baking sheet or pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place fish, skin side down, on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush fish fillets with olive oil.
  5. In a small mixing bowl combine old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, and parsley; mix to combine.
  6. Add spice mixture to the fillets and rub it all around the top and sides. Brush again with oil.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. You can also use an instant read thermometer to check for doneness; salmon is cooked through when internal temperature registers at 145°F.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
Notes
  • Very tasty! Mom liked this (only used ½ the amount of Old Bay as Mom is not a huge Old Bay fan.)
