Pasta-Noodles: Easy Teriyaki Noodles for Two
One of the easiest recipes there is!

Ingredients
  • ¼ pound linguini or other long spaghetti pasta, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • subheading: Optional additions:
  • Onions, sliced
  • Matchstick carrots
  • Minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon
  • Minced ginger, ¼ teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Green peppers, sliced
  • Bean sprouts
  • Cooked meat, sliced
Steps
  1. If using optional additions, add oil to frying pan and heat. Add additions and stir fry to desired doneness.
  2. Add noodles to fry pan and heat for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add teriyaki and soy sauces, mix well until heated through.
Notes
  • Don't over cook additions. You just want to soften veggies a bit and/or give spices a chance to release flavor. Feel free to try other flavors; curry? Sriracha? Chopped tomatoes? Cooked meat cut for stir fry might be good in this.
  • Noodles made with just the top four ingredients make this a quick, easy dish. Additions will, obviously, add a bit of time.
