  • 8 large eggs, separate yolks and whites into two large mixing bowls

  • 1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ tablespoon Country Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup pork rinds, process into crumbs (measure as crumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon gluten free aluminum free baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ to 1 scoop natural Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate (Designer Whey)

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
