Shrimp and Asparagus Linguine
Ingredients
  • 8 oz linguine noodles, broken in half
  • 2 cups asparagus, cut into 1inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper strips (abt 1 medium pepper)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup no salt added chicken broth
  • 12 oz (340g) medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, tails removed
  • ½ tsp hot pepper sauce or to taste (Trader Joe’s)
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
