- 8 ounces AMERICAN HERITAGE® Finely Grated Baking Chocolate
- ½ cup 1 stick butter, softened
- ¾ cup vegetable shortening
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup whole milk
