  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Chocolate Frosting
  • 8 ounces AMERICAN HERITAGE® Finely Grated Baking Chocolate
  • ½ cup 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ cup vegetable shortening
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup whole milk
