Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups white whole wheat flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less as desired)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup juice pulp (I used carrot, pineapple, and orange) (Or you can use 1 cup finely shredded carrots)
