LM HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER CUP LATTE
Ingredients
  • 〰️2 cups non-dairy milk (I used @califiafarms Oat Barista Blend)⁣
  • 〰️2 tablespoons unsalted creamy peanut butter (I used @onceagainnutbutter)⁣
  • 〰️1 tablespoon vanilla extract⁣
  • 〰️2 tablespoons maple syrup⁣
  • 〰️1 tablespoon grass-fed gelatin (optional)⁣
  • 〰️1 tablespoon raw cacao
Steps
  1. Heat milk in a small pot until just simmering then blend until smooth with everything except cacao. Pour ¾ of latte into a mug or 2 then blend cacao into remaining mixture. Top PB latte with chocolate latte, making whatever design you’d like!
