Ingredients
  • ½ c low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 serving (about 2 Tbsp) flavored protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • desired toppings, I did fresh fruit on half and peanuts and dark chocolate chips for a Snickers vibe bc I’m indecisive and it all sounds yummy.
