Quick Plant Based Basil Sauce (Oil-Free with cannellini beans)
Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz/425 g) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (can sub any other white bean)
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, left whole (40 g)
  • ½ cup water (120 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
