  • 10 to 12 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • subheading: Other ingredients:
  • 1 and ½ cup Mozzarella cheese - 1 and ½ cup
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • one egg for egg washing the bread before baking (OPTIONAL you can brush melted butter or milk too.)
