Keto Peppermint Pie {Keto Candy Cane Pie}
Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Almond Flour {I used this brand}
  • subheading: For the filling:
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cup Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 2 - 8oz blocks Cream Cheese, softened
  • 10 drops Red Food coloring (if desired.  or natural alternative)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Peppermint Extract
  • Crushed sugar free peppermints, for garnish if desired.

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
  • ¼ cup Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
